Job summary
Crusoe is seeking a Senior Finance professional to join the Denver-based Manufacturing finance team. You will design and own end-to-end planning cycles, build driver-based models, and partner with Manufacturing leadership to drive the financial trajectory of Crusoe Spark factories.
You will work cross-functionally with R&D, Data Center, and Cloud teams, translating operational drivers into actionable financial insights, with at least two days weekly at Arvada/ Brighton locations and some light
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive finance experience, including P&L responsibility.
- Capital budgeting and resource planning experience.
- Advanced financial modeling with driver-based analyses.
- Link finance insights to operational and strategic levers.
- Translate complex data into executive-ready narratives.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders across functions.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end forecasting for the manufacturing business line.
- Build executive reporting narratives for boards and investors.
- Develop scalable financial models for Crusoe Spark factories.
- Partner with Manufacturing leadership on strategic decisions.
- Conduct scenario analyses for capacity and expansion.
- Drive cost accounting and standard costing improvements.
- Lead process improvements with Accounting and Manufacturing.
