Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a seasoned Manufacturing Finance partner to join our Arvada-based team, reporting to the Director of Finance, Manufacturing. You will translate factory-floor drivers into real-time P&L impacts and provide actionable business recommendations to manufacturing leadership.

The role requires 6+ years of progressive finance experience, solid cost accounting background, and the ability to build driver-based models, with ERP/BI tools and strong communication to executives.

Qualifications

• Onsite at manufacturing locations with 2+ days/week in Arvada.
• Strong manufacturing finance background with cost accounting knowledge.
• 6+ years of progressive finance experience with at least 2+ years supporting a business unit P&L.
• Capital budgeting and resource planning experience.
• Advanced financial modeling and driver-based scenario analysis.
• Excellent communication and ability to translate data into executive-ready narratives.
• Experience in high-growth technology, infrastructure, energy, or data center contexts preferred.
• ERP and BI tools experience; degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Act as hands-on, on-the-floor partner to Manufacturing leadership.
• Translate production metrics into real-time P&L impacts and recommendations.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and engineering for project status and financial models.
• Build and maintain production cost models; track BoM and COGS.
• Lead monthly and quarterly financial reviews and present to Exec, Board, and Investors.
• Identify margin improvement opportunities and drive efficiency projects.
• Own annual budget, monthly forecast and long-range planning.
• Partner with Accounting for cost accounting and inventory valuation.
• Ensure compliance with controls and corporate policies.
