Job summary

Crusoe Energy Systems in Denver, CO seeks a seasoned finance leader to partner with Manufacturing leadership on end-to-end planning, reporting, and strategic financial modeling. You will drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-range plans, while delivering clear narratives for executives and investors.

Qualifications

• 8+ years progressive finance experience including BU P&L support.
• Capital budgeting and resource planning experience.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Manufacturing finance background with cost accounting knowledge.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics; MBA/CPA a plus.
• Advanced financial modeling and driver-based analyses.
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint; ERP/BI tool experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end planning cycles for the manufacturing line (budget, LRP, rolling forecasts).
• Provide executive narratives and reporting for board/investor materials.
• Build scalable financial models to support Crusoe Spark deployments.
• Partner with Manufacturing leadership to translate decisions into financial impact.
• Conduct scenario analyses for new initiatives and capacity planning.
• Translate operational drivers into P&L impacts and actionable insights.
• Co-develop standard costing, inventory valuation, and cost control.
• Identify margin improvement and efficiency opportunities with ops teams.
• Design and refine processes supporting growth; ensure internal controls.
• Maintain process integrity with accounting, finance, and manufacturing.
