Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a Business Health Sr Analyst to join the Finance team. You will own the cadence of month-end/quarter-end close, budgeting, and forecasting, connecting Accounting, FP&A, and business partners to keep core financial workstreams on track.

You’ll coordinate cross-functional activities, optimize processes, and support strategic projects as priorities evolve. This role fits someone organized, cross-functional, and energized by improving planning and reporting in a fast-growing

Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A, accounting, finance transformation, or related field.
• Strong project management—own timelines, coordinate stakeholders, drive accountability.
• Familiarity with month-end/quarter-end close, budgeting, and forecasting cycles.
• Excellent communication across Accounting, Finance, and business teams.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with bias for solving process gaps.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving priorities.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint/Excel/Google Sheets; experience with planning tools such as NetSuite, Adaptive, Anaplan.

Responsibilities

• Drive KPIs across the org; measure, track and drive accountability with business unit leaders.
• Coordinate month-end and quarter-end close across Accounting and business partners; track timelines and deliverables.
• Ensure budget and forecast inputs are complete, accurate, and delivered on time.
• Own planning and budgeting workstreams end-to-end; build timelines and escalate risks.
