Job summary

BAC (Baltimore Aircoil Company, Inc.) is seeking a Finance Manager, Special Projects to lead financial planning and governance for major capacity-expansion initiatives in the Americas. You will partner with project leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure disciplined execution and sound financial decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.

The role emphasizes SAP optimization, reporting enhancements, and strong business partnering with Finance, IT, and site leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive Finance experience including analysis, forecasting, reporting, and business partnering.
• 5+ years in a large manufacturing organization.
• Ability to lead complex cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, internal controls, and capital project accounting.
• Experience developing financial models and executive analyses for decision-making.
• ERP systems experience; SAP strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and controls.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Finance lead for strategic capacity expansion projects across the Americas.
• Act as a key business partner in project planning, evaluating financial impacts and risks.
• Lead all project-related accounting in line with BAC, Amsted, and U.S. GAAP.
• Develop and monitor CapEx budgets, forecasts, and reporting.
• Establish internal controls and governance for project-related activities.
• Own project financial forecasting including income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow.
• Develop financial models and analyses to support investments and scenarios.
• Prepare and present financial reporting and key metrics to leadership and stakeholders.
• Lead the financial reporting process for capacity expansion projects.
• Collaborate with Finance and IT to configure SAP for new facilities and reporting.
• Coordinate the financial transition of completed projects to Plant Controllers.
• Serve as main Finance liaison with global stakeholders on performance and governance.
• Work with Americas Finance and IT to implement system enhancements and improvements.
• Develop and maintain the Finance systems project roadmap.
