Job summary

Baltimore Aircoil Company, Inc. seeks a Plant Controller for its Milford, DE facility to partner with the Plant Manager and leadership to optimize the cost structure, drive EBITDA improvements, and lead projects that enhance financial and operational performance.

You will own the site’s financials, including forecasting, budgeting, reporting, cost accounting, inventory controls, and capital spending, with opportunities to collaborate across the Americas Finance team and fellow BAC locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 5+ years of accounting or finance leadership experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, problem solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop finance personnel.
• Working knowledge of SAP or ERP systems.
• Excellent track record of process improvement.
• Experience collaborating with multiple functions at a manufacturing facility.
• Self-starter mentality and continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary finance business partner for the Milford site and co-own financial performance.
• Provide financial insight, challenge assumptions, and support operational decisions.
• Own site financial reporting and manage inventory controls and cost accounting.
• Oversee labor productivity, budgeting, forecasting, and capital spending processes.
• Lead cost accounting activities including variance analysis and KPI development.
• Ensure SOX compliance and support internal audits.
• Collaborate with Americas Finance on cross-site initiatives.
• Support monthly S&OP processes and stretch for EBITDA improvements.
