Job summary

Baltimore Aircoil Company, Inc. is seeking an Information Technology Project Leader to drive strategic technology deployments across SAP S/4HANA, IT infrastructure, and manufacturing systems.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and coordinate with vendors to ensure on-time go-live and stabilization. The role emphasizes collaboration with Finance, Operations, Engineering, Cybersecurity, and external partners to enable facility startups, expansions, and long-term growth while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree requirement in IT, CS, IS, Eng or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years leading technology projects in manufacturing/industrial environments.
• Demonstrated ERP leadership with SAP S/4HANA experience required.
• Strong project governance, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and controls; PMP preferred.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
• Knowledge of IT/OT integration, industrial networking, and data systems.
• Experience with PLC, SCADA, MES, and manufacturing data systems.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive reporting skills.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity compliance and data governance practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of strategic IT projects aligned with budgets and timelines.
• Coordinate deployment of SAP S/4HANA, infrastructure, cloud platforms, and manufacturing systems.
• Lead cross-functional teams and external partners across multiple departments.
• Coordinate readiness activities for plant startups, expansions, and capital projects.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, resources, vendor relationships, and expenditures.
• Facilitate governance, stakeholder updates, risk management, and issue resolution.
• Oversee SAP implementation activities from requirements through go-live and stabilization.
• Work with Manufacturing Systems and Operations to implement PLC, SCADA, MES and data systems.
• Ensure cybersecurity controls and data privacy during deployment and operation.
• Train and develop site-based staff for ongoing support.
• Ensure business continuity, disaster recovery, and compliance with BAC policies.
