Job summary

Baltimore Air Coil (BAC) seeks an Information Technology Project Leader to drive IT/OT initiatives across manufacturing operations. You will manage ERP deployments (SAP S/4HANA), infrastructure, and manufacturing tech, coordinating with Finance, Operations, Cybersecurity, and external partners to ensure successful go-lives and stabilized operations.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and ensure governance, risk management, and executive reporting throughout the project

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, IS, Eng or related field.
• 10+ years leading technology projects in manufacturing/industrial environments.
• Experience leading ERP implementations; SAP S/4HANA expertise required.
• Strong PM disciplines: governance, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, change control.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of strategic technology projects within budgets and timelines.
• Coordinate deployment of enterprise tech solutions including SAP S/4HANA, infrastructure, and MES systems.
• Lead cross-functional teams; align with GBS, Finance, Operations, and external vendors.
• Coordinate readiness for facility startups, plant expansions, and capital projects.
