Job summary

Baltimore Aircoil Company, Inc. (BAC) seeks a Senior Manager to lead the global Advanced Manufacturing Technology organization, translating long-range direction into a 3–5 year portfolio of technology, automation, and factory-transformation initiatives.

You will own people leadership, portfolio execution, global capital-process stewardship, strategic vendor and technical-equipment vendor portfolio management, deployment, adoption, and business results across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering is required.
• Advanced degree is preferred.
• 12+ years in manufacturing technology, automation, or related fields.
• 5+ years leading technical teams and cross-functional programs.

Responsibilities

• Translate enterprise strategy into an executable AMT roadmap.
• Prioritize initiatives by value, readiness, risk, capacity, and alignment.
• Lead global vendor and equipment-portfolio management and relationships.
• Manage capital and operating budgets and CERs.
• Oversee deployment from concept through industrialization and benefits realization.
• Develop and coach talent, build morale and accountability.
• Create and maintain the AMT expansion playbook and readiness requirements.
