Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Operations Management, or Accounting).
• APICS certification in Production and Inventory Management preferred.

Aufgaben

• Supervise, mentor, and develop direct reports.
• Verify BOM and Submittals with Customer Service and Engineering.
• Utilize ERP to ensure inventory integrity and on-time delivery.
• Interface between Customer Service and Factory execution.
• Analyze and prepare reports on Customer Orders, Finished Goods, and Production Status.
• Schedule using ERP and Power BI to manage production orders with visibility in MRP.
• Create and maintain Production Schedules balancing machine, manpower, and material.
• Ensure on-time delivery aligned with customer expectations and internal goals.
• Provide information to Manufacturing to build to product specifications.
• Identify and manage KPIs driving continuous improvement.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Supply Chain or Plant Manager.
