Job summary

BAC seeks a Plant Controller for its Milford, DE facility to act as the primary finance business partner with the Plant Manager and leadership team to optimize cost structure and EBITDA. The role will oversee budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, inventory controls, cost accounting and capital spending, coordinating with the Americas Finance team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 5+ years of accounting or finance leadership experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, problem solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Primary financial lead and Milford Leadership Team member.
• Partner with plant leadership to provide financial insight and support decision‑making.
• Own financial reporting for the Milford site.
