Job summary

Circle is seeking a Strategic Finance Manager to drive the financial strategy behind growth initiatives across partnerships, product monetization, M&A, and other revenue opportunities. You will own executive-facing financial analysis, modeling, and scenario planning to inform capital allocation and strategic decisions at Circle.

You will partner with Finance, Product, Business Development, Corporate Development, Legal, and Data teams, translating complex outputs into clear recommendations

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of relevant experience, ideally including 2-4 years in investment banking and/or private equity plus 2+ years in strategic finance, corporate development, or FP&A at a fast-paced growth tech/fintech company.
• Elite financial modeling skills with the ability to build robust, executive-ready models across revenue, margins, and scenario planning.
• Strong commercial and strategic judgment with the ability to translate model outputs into business decisions.
• Excellent executive communication, including synthesis of complex analysis into concise narratives and board-ready materials.
• Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Business Development, Corporate Development, Accounting, Legal, Data, and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex financial modeling for strategic priorities, partnerships, ecosystem incentives, and M&A opportunities.
• Own product-level financial models for revenue, including transaction and subscription revenue.
• Evaluate monetization models, pricing constructs, and capital allocation decisions with cross-functional partners.
• Develop investment-grade models supporting executive decisions and strategic planning.
• Translate analysis into clear executive narratives for CFO/CCO reviews and board materials.
