Job summary

Circle is seeking a Strategic Finance Manager to steer financial strategy for growth initiatives including partnerships, monetization, and M&A. You will own executive‑level financial models and translate complex analyses into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.

You will collaborate with Product, Business Development, Corporate Development, Legal, and Accounting to ensure model accuracy, regulatory considerations, and data integrity, while leveraging AI tools to accelerate analysis.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a finance/economics/accounting/engineering or similarly analytical field.
5-7 years of relevant experience including 2-4 years in IB/PE plus 2+ years in strategic finance/FP&A.

Responsibilities

Lead complex financial modeling for strategic priorities across partnerships, monetization, and M&A.
Own product-level financial models for revenue, margins, and unit economics.
Translate analyses into executive narratives for CFO/CCO reviews and board materials.
Identify drivers, risks, and tradeoffs and make clear recommendations to leadership.
Develop frameworks to evaluate build/buy/partner decisions and financial returns.
