Job summary

Circle is seeking a Strategic Finance Manager to drive financial strategy for growth initiatives, partnerships, and M&A. You will own executive-facing analysis, modeling, and storytelling to guide capital allocation and product monetization decisions.

You’ll collaborate with Finance, Product, Business Development, Legal, and Data teams while applying AI tools to accelerate insights and automation. Strong finance background required.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of relevant experience including 2-4 years in investment banking and/or private equity plus 2+ years in strategic finance, corporate development, or FP&A at a fast-paced company.
• Elite financial modeling skills across revenue, margins, unit economics, valuation, and partnerships.
• Strong commercial and strategic judgment to translate model outputs into business decisions.
• Excellent executive communication and board-ready materials.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex financial modeling for strategic priorities including partnerships, product monetization, M&A, and growth initiatives.
• Build product-level revenue models: revenue, subscription, services, and unit economics.
• Evaluate monetization models and capital allocation with cross-functional teams.
• Translate analysis into clear executive narratives for CFO/CCO reviews and boards.
• Develop frameworks for build/buy/partner decisions and ROI analyses.
• Leverage AI tools to automate analyses and improve data quality.
