Job summary

Circle is seeking a Strategic Finance Manager to drive the financial strategy behind Circle's growth initiatives across strategic partnerships, product monetization, and M&A. You will own executive‑level models and translate results into clear recommendations for senior leadership.

Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Strategic Finance, you’ll collaborate with Finance, Product, BD, Corporate Development, Legal, Accounting, Data, and executives.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of relevant experience, incl. 2–4 years IB/PE and 2+ years in strategic finance or FP&A.
• Elite financial modeling skills with executive-ready outputs.
• Strong business judgment with ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication with concise narratives for board/CFO reviews.
• AI proficiency to enhance financial analysis and automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex financial modeling for strategic priorities including partnerships and M&A.
• Own product-level revenue models and monetization forecasts.
• Partner with Product, BD, Corporate Development to evaluate monetization models and pricing.
• Translate analysis into executive narratives for CFO/CCO reviews.
• Develop decision frameworks for build/buy/partner decisions.
