Job summary

Circle is seeking a Strategic Finance Manager to drive the financial strategy behind growth initiatives including partnerships, product monetization, and M&A. You will own executive-facing analyses, structure capital allocations, and influence senior leadership decisions.

Qualifications

5-7 years of relevant experience, ideally including 2-4 years in IB/PE plus 2+ years in strategic finance or FP&A.
Elite financial modeling skills; able to build robust, executive-ready models from ambiguous inputs.
Excellent executive communication; synthesize analysis into clear recommendations for leadership.

Responsibilities

Lead complex financial modeling for strategic priorities, partnerships, and M&A.
Own product-level revenue models: transaction, subscription, monetization, unit economics.
Evaluate monetization models and capital allocation with cross-functional partners.
Translate analysis into concise executive narratives for reviews and board materials.
Develop frameworks for build/buy/partner decisions with ROI considerations.
Use AI tools to accelerate analysis, automation, and insight generation.
