Job summary

Circle is seeking a Strategic Finance Manager to drive the financial strategy behind Circle's growth initiatives across strategic partnerships, product monetization, and M&A. You will own investment-grade models and deliver executive-ready analyses that inform capital allocation and commercial opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of relevant experience, including 2-4 years in investment banking and/or private equity and 2+ years in strategic finance, corporate development, or FP&A in tech/fintech
• Elite financial modeling skills with ability to build executive-ready models from ambiguous inputs
• Strong commercial and strategic judgment with the ability to translate model outputs into business decisions

Responsibilities

• Lead complex financial modeling for strategic priorities (partnerships, monetization, M&A, growth initiatives)
• Own product-level financial models for revenue, margins, and unit economics
• Translate complex analysis into concise executive narratives for reviews and board materials
• Develop frameworks to evaluate build/buy/partner decisions and investment cases
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align on monetization strategies and capital allocation
