Job summary

Circle is seeking a Strategic Finance Manager to drive the financial strategy behind high‑priority growth initiatives, including partnerships, product monetization, and M&A. Qualifications

• 5–7 years of relevant experience in investment banking and/or private equity plus 2+ years in strategic finance, corporate development, or FP&A at a fast-growth tech/fintech company.
• Elite financial modeling skills with robust, executive-ready outputs across revenue, margins, and scenarios.
• Strong commercial and strategic judgment to guide business decisions, not just model outputs.
• Excellent executive communication for CFO/board materials and leadership reviews.
• AI proficiency with hands-on tooling to accelerate analysis and automation.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, mathematics, or analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex financial modeling for Circle’s strategic priorities and growth initiatives.
• Own product-level revenue models including transaction, subscription, and services revenue.
• Evaluate monetization models, partnership structures, pricing, margins, and capital allocation.
• Create investment-grade models for executive decision-making, including ROI and payback analyses.
• Translate analysis into concise executive narratives for leadership reviews and board materials.
• Identify drivers, risks, and tradeoffs across initiatives and recommend actions.
• Develop frameworks to evaluate build/buy/partner decisions with clear financial returns.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Legal, Tax, Data, and other teams to ensure model integrity.
• Leverage AI and automation to speed analysis and deliver scalable insights.
• Establish repeatable planning/reporting for new revenue streams as products mature.
