Job summary

Circle is seeking a Strategic Finance Manager to drive financial strategy behind Circle’s highest-priority growth initiatives, including partnerships, monetization, M&A, and new revenue. You will own executive-facing financial analysis shaping capital allocation and commercial opportunities.

You’ll report to the Sr. Manager, Strategic Finance and collaborate with Finance, Product, Business Development, Corporate Development, Legal, Accounting, Data, and senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, and strategic finance at tech/fintech companies.
• Elite financial modeling skills across revenue, margins, unit economics, M&A, partnerships, and scenario planning.
• Strong executive communication for concise narratives, recommendations, and board-ready materials.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex financial modeling for Circle's strategic priorities, including partnerships, monetization, and long-range growth.
• Build product-level revenue models: transaction, subscription, services, and monetization.
• Evaluate monetization models, pricing constructs, and capital allocation decisions with cross-functional partners.
• Translate analysis into executive-ready narratives for CFO/CCO reviews and Board materials.
• Identify drivers, risks, and tradeoffs, and drive implementation of strategic recommendations.
