Rogo is building a state-of-the-art AI analytics platform for finance professionals. The Controller will lead accounting operations, ensuring GAAP-compliant financial reporting and strong internal controls as the company scales.

You will own the close cycles, implement accounting policies, and partner with FP&A and other teams to drive financial insights and strategic decisions. This is a high-impact role at a fast-growing startup in New York.

Formación

• CPA certification required.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and financial reporting.
• Advanced Excel and analytical skills for financial modeling.

Responsabilidades

• Own and manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
• Prepare, review, and analyze GAAP-compliant financial statements; reconcile GLs.
• Oversee AP, AR, payroll, cash management; standardize key accounting processes.
• Establish internal controls, ensure GAAP/compliance, and coordinate external audits.
• Research complex accounting issues, draft policies, and support system implementations.
• Collaborate with FP&A and operations to provide financial insights and variance analysis.
