Job summary

AcuityMD is seeking a Strategic Finance Manager to join our FP&A team, driving strategic analysis, forecasting, and cross-functional partnerships as we scale a fast-growing MedTech AI platform.

You’ll own forecasting, headcount planning, and finance automation initiatives, partner with senior leaders, and translate data into actionable insights that influence resource allocation and strategic investments.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, Strategic Finance/FP&A, or similar analytical roles.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical rigor with high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Strategically analyze high-priority questions across the business, including AI costs and ROI, market opportunities, pricing and packaging, and strategic investments.
• Own forecasting, headcount and spend planning, and financial modeling; build driver-based models for leadership.
• Help build Finance infrastructure with AI-enabled workflows; automate repetitive work to enable higher-value analysis.
• Analyze financial and operational performance, identify key drivers and KPIs, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Own and improve procurement processes, tooling, and spend optimization to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
