Job summary

Headway is building a mental healthcare platform and is seeking a Strategic Finance Manager to influence how the company grows, invests, and measures success. You will partner with leaders across Product, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and People to translate plans into forecasts and unit economics with rigorous financial logic.

• 7+ years of experience, ideally blending Investment Banking, Consulting, or Private Equity/Venture Capital with a highly analytical Strategic Finance role at a fast-growing tech company.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the business as an embedded finance partner to translate business plans into financial plans and constraints into tradeoffs.
• Build and pressure-test business cases for investments across product, sales/marketing, market expansion, headcount, vendors, or build-vs-buy decisions.
