AcuityMD is seeking a Strategic Finance Manager to join a remote-first US team. You’ll drive strategic finance, FP&A, and AI-enabled transformations, partnering with senior finance and company leaders to steer resource allocation and long-term value creation.

The role emphasizes ownership of analytical work streams, strong financial judgment, and ability to translate data into executive-ready decisions. Base salary ranges with competitive equity and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience across investment banking, management consulting, Strategic Finance / FP&A, Business Operations, or similar analytical roles.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills; capable of building analyses from a blank page in Excel/Sheets.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems, reason from first principles, and translate analysis into decisions and actions.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Analysis & Business Partnership: tackle high-priority questions across the business, including AI costs and ROI, market opportunities, pricing and investments.
• Financial Modeling & Forecasting: own forecasting, headcount and spend planning, and driver-based models.
• AI Transformation & Automation: build AI-enabled workflows to speed, improve accuracy, and enable scale in Finance.
• Business Performance & Insights: analyze performance, identify drivers and KPIs, and report actionable insights.
• Procurement & Spend Optimization: improve procurement processes, tooling, and spend efficiency.
