Job summary

raydar is seeking a Strategic Finance Analyst in San Francisco. This hybrid role requires in-office presence 3+ days per week and offers a path to shape finance operations as the company scales.

You will build models, dashboards and management reports on revenue, cash burn and unit economics, manage the yearly budget cycle and hiring-plan modeling, and lead high-priority operations projects with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 2+ years at a top-tier investment bank, PE or consulting.
• Academic credentials from a leading university.
• Willing to relocate to San Francisco and be in the office 3+ days a week.

Responsibilities

• Support sales meetings, investor communications, pricing work and presentations.
• Build financial models, dashboards and management reporting covering revenue, cash burn and unit economics.
• Manage the yearly budget cycle, continuous projections and hiring-plan modeling.
• Lead ambiguous, high-priority operations projects such as market research, vendor selection and partnership reviews.
• Design processes and operating routines the company does not yet have as it grows.
