Hightouch in San Francisco is building the finance infrastructure for rapid growth. You will help develop and expand our operating model, run the reforecast and planning cycles, and produce the reporting leadership and the board rely on.

You will wear many hats, rebuild headcount models, analyze gross margin drivers, and partner with the CFO and leaders across GTM, Product, and Accounting to drive decisions and resource allocation.

Qualifications

• Strong financial modeling skills with driver-based and cohort analysis.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for advanced modeling and scenario work.
• Curious about business mechanics and which metrics matter for decisions.

Responsabilités

• Build and expand driver-based operating model for a growing SaaS business.
• Run monthly and quarterly operating rhythm, reforecast cycle, and variance analysis.
• Collaborate with People team on headcount planning and budgeting.
• Create board and executive reporting dashboards: ARR, cash, headcount, pipeline.
• Ensure SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, GRR, CAC payback, LTV/CAC) are rigorous.
