Reflection is seeking a Strategic Finance Manager in San Francisco to build and refine financial models that guide capital allocation and growth. You will connect ground-level business activity to rigorous financial thinking across GTM, compute, R&D, and corporate finance.

You’ll partner with sales, engineering, and research leadership to inform investment decisions and drive scalable, transparent forecasting. Join us to shape how we allocate resources and maximize value.

Qualifications

5+ years of strategic finance or FP&A experience at a high-growth tech company or similar.
Strong financial modeling skills with auditable models from scratch.
Experience with deal economics, revenue modeling, or commercial finance.
Comfort with cost-side modeling of compute, headcount, and infrastructure.
Ability to collaborate across sales, GTM, engineering, research, and finance leadership with rigor.
Comfortable with ambiguity and proactive problem solving.

Responsibilities

Build financial models across deals, partnerships, product economics, costs, and investments.
Contribute to the corporate model with bottoms-up inputs as the business evolves.
Partner cross-functionally to translate activity into financial frameworks.
Develop cost and investment models to inform resource planning.
Identify risks and opportunities and structure decisions balancing growth and returns.
Improve templates, assumptions libraries, and processes across the team.
