Job summary

zerohash seeks a Director of Strategic Finance to lead strategic planning, FP&A, and commercial finance efforts in a high-growth crypto infrastructure company.

You will own the corporate financial model, drive dynamic forecasts, and partner with Product, Revenue, and Engineering teams to shape pricing, ROI, and capital allocation. This role reports to the VP of Corporate Finance and Treasury and requires a detail-oriented, technically proficient leader.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of progressive experience in strategic finance or FP&A.
• Experience in FinTech, Crypto, Payments, or Brokerage is highly valued.
• Advanced financial modeling capabilities: three-statement models and product profitability models.

Responsibilities

• Architect the Operating Model with dynamic forecasts that drive headcount and capital planning.
• Develop a framework to track product- and platform-level profitability margins.
• Align product strategy and pricing with revenue teams to maximize ROI.
• Structure complex enterprise contracts and enable data-driven pricing levers.
• Lead vendor strategy and cost optimization to improve unit economics.
