HavocAI is seeking a Vice President of Finance to lead financial planning, performance management, and investor relations as a strategic partner to the CFO and executive team. This role will shape the company’s financial strategy, ensure disciplined forecasting, reporting, and capital allocation, and build a high-performing finance organization to support rapid growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
MBA or advanced degree preferred.
10+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance experience.
5+ years of people leadership experience.
Experience leading finance in high-growth tech or complex org.

Responsibilities

Own financial planning processes including budgeting, long-range planning, cash flow forecasting, and reporting.
Develop and execute financial strategies supporting company objectives and capital allocation.
Drive financial discipline and actionable decision-making across the organization.
Partner with executives to evaluate initiatives, investments, and capital planning.
Develop financial models, scenarios, and analyses to support strategy.
Lead investor relations and capital strategy activities as needed.
Build scalable finance systems and processes for growth.
Lead and develop the Finance team and recruiting for growth.
