Job summary

Zero Hash is seeking a Director of Strategic Finance to lead FP&A, strategic planning, and commercial finance. You will report to the VP, Corporate Finance and Treasury and partner with product, revenue, and operations to drive growth.

The ideal candidate has 7–10+ years in strategic finance or FP&A at a high-growth tech company, with advanced modeling, SQL/BI fluency, and a passion for data-driven decisions. You will own the operating model, pricing strategy, and investor-ready materials.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in Strategic Finance or FP&A.
• Investment Banking or Private Equity background preferred, then operating finance in a high-growth tech company.
• Experience in FinTech, crypto, digital assets, payments, or banking infrastructure a strong plus.
• Advanced financial modeling with ability to build three-statement models from scratch; auditable and scalable.
• Tech and data savvy; SQL or BI tools (Databricks) is a major plus.
• Commercial acumen for B2B/B2B2C pricing and margins in a payments/fintech context.
• Strong written and oral communication; ability to distill complex data for executives.

Responsibilities

• Architect the Operating Model and forecasting for headcount and capex planning.
• Deep-dive on profitability using product- and platform-level margins.
• Align product strategy and pricing with roadmap priorities and ROI targets.
• Lead pricing strategy and deal desk for complex enterprise contracts.
• Drive vendor strategy and cost optimization to expand margins.
• Support the VP/CFO with strategic initiatives and investor-facing materials.
• Develop LTV and CAC frameworks across product lines and verticals.
