Job summary

zerohash is seeking a Director of Strategic Finance to lead FP&A, strategic planning, and commercial finance. You will own the consolidated financial model, drive profitability analysis, pricing strategy, and vendor negotiations, while partnering with Product, Revenue, and Ops to scale the business.

The ideal candidate has 7–10+ years of finance leadership in high-growth tech, strong modeling skills, and comfort with data tools and automation. Join a fast-moving startup in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years in Strategic Finance or FP&A with operating leadership experience.
• IB/PE background plus high-growth tech FP&A exposure is preferred.
• FinTech crypto/digital assets/payments/banking experience is a strong plus.
• Advanced modeling: build and audit integrated three-statement models for varied audiences.

Responsibilities

• Architect the Operating Model with dynamic forecasts; tie to headcount and capex planning.
• Deep-dive on profitability with product- and platform-level contribution margins.
• Align Product Strategy and Roadmap with Revenue; validate pricing and ROI.
• Partner on complex enterprise contracts; structure pricing levers for margin expansion.
• Drive vendor strategy and cost optimization across COGS; improve unit economics.
• Represent finance in high-stakes engagements; maintain investor-facing models and materials.
• Develop framework for LTV and CAC across products and verticals.
