Qualifications

• Typically 7+ years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field.
• Knowledge of risk and regulatory requirements of the business – Expert.
• Strong prioritization skills and data-driven decision making.
• Advanced PC skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) – Expert.
• Ability to collaborate across groups and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day delivery of critical operations finance controllership processes including loan administration and servicing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to promote efficient processes and clear accountability.
• Lead change management programs, develop communication strategies, and drive business results.
• Design and produce regular and ad-hoc reports to inform decision making.
• Oversee vendor relationships and ensure compliance with agreements.
