BMO Financial Group in Irving, TX is seeking an experienced Senior Operations Finance Controllership professional to lead critical controllership processes, including loan administration, reporting, and stakeholder inquiries within SLAs.

You will partner with Finance, Accounting, Treasury and Operations, drive analytics, build cross-functional teams, and guide strategic initiatives to deliver financial goals.

Qualifications

• Typically 7+ years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Expert knowledge of regulations, accounting principles, and policies.
• Experience collaborating with Finance, Accounting, Treasury and Operations.

Responsabilités

• Act as SME on regulations and policies and lead controllership processes.
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, Treasury and stakeholders to drive outcomes.
• Build cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives to deliver financial goals.
• Define analytics/reporting requirements and produce regular/ad hoc reports.
• Lead change management, communication, and stakeholder engagement programs.
