Job summary

BMO Financial Group in the United States is seeking a senior relationship manager to guide key client portfolios, structure high-value deals, and drive cross-selling across industries. You will partner with internal teams to resolve complex issues, manage credit approvals, and deliver strategic financial solutions while maintaining top-tier client satisfaction.

The role requires 10+ years in corporate banking, a Bachelor's, and a track record of regulatory compliance and risk management.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in Relationship Management, Account Management or Portfolio Management in a corporate or similar segmented banking environment with sales metrics is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred, CPA certification preferred; Business Administration, Finance and Accounting preferred.
• If a Credit Qualifiable job, Credit Qualifications and associated credit knowledge and skills according to the credit portfolio requirements and qualification standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow high-value client relationships and portfolios with focus on revenue generation.
• Lead structuring of high-value deals and secure credit approvals.
• Drive cross-selling, retention and profitability across client portfolios.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base using market insights and competitive analysis.
