Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the finance function for US operations, reporting to regional VP.
• Coordinate monthly forecasts and annual operating plans.
• Prepare and present detailed monthly financial reports (P&L, headcount, capex).
• Monitor key business drivers and integrate finance into daily operations.
• Drive digital improvements to reduce costs and improve working capital.
• Provide financial consulting and strategic support via presentations and analyses.
• Report monthly business trends to management and coordinate with Sales and Customer Finance.
• Validate and approve capital expenditure and manage a small team.
