Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of progressive finance/accounting experience in a global manufacturing environment.
• At least 5 years of leadership/supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial reporting, planning, and analysis across global manufacturing operations.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of global operations financial results.
• Oversee monthly close, consolidations and financial statement preparation.
• Lead development of the annual business plan and strategic plan.
• Provide insights to explain variances and trends for leadership.
