Qualifications

• At least 3 years of leadership experience including team development.
• Strong expertise in financial analysis, costing, KPIs and decision impact.
• Advanced proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office; AI tools a plus.
• Experience in manufacturing with strong operational understanding.

Responsibilities

• Own P&L, working capital and liquidity management for a high-impact entity.
• Provide data-driven analysis for sound decisions and strategy.
• Monitor performance, risks and opportunities to hit financial targets.
• Lead OP planning and simulations across P&L, balance sheet and cash.
• Manage local and corporate projects and cross-functional collaboration.
