Job summary

IDEAL Industries, Inc. seeks a Global Controller to lead multinational finance and accounting operations from Illinois. You will partner with senior leadership to drive strategic financial insights, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and global controls.

This role requires 10+ years in finance leadership, strong analytical skills, and the ability to coach and develop a diverse team across locations; some domestic and international travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required.
• Ten+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience with leadership.
• MBA and/or CPA preferred.
• Proven ability to partner with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted financial advisor to division leadership and a key business partner to the General Manager by connecting financial and operational data and providing insights.
• Lead the division’s strategic financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting processes with alignment to corporate goals.
• Develop and present high-quality financial reports and actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Mentor a team of finance and accounting professionals and foster cross-functional collaboration.
• Identify financial risks and drive improvements in controls, processes, and global reporting.
