Job summary

Dynamic Manufacturing Inc is hiring a Controller to join our finance team in Hillside, Illinois. Reporting to the CFO, the Controller will oversee all accounting operations across our manufacturing footprint and drive consolidated financial reporting.

Qualifications

• CPA certification is required.
• Extensive manufacturing accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and internal controls.
• Proven ability to lead finance transformation and automation initiatives.
• Experience with data analytics and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes under US GAAP.
• Manage balance sheet reconciliations, account analysis, and variance reporting.
• Own standard costing, inventory valuation, and cost variance analysis.
• Partner with Operations to improve plant performance, costs, and margins.
• Lead internal controls, audits, and regulatory compliance.
• Drive digital transformation and data governance in finance.
