Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 3+ years of progressive financial management experience in manufacturing and PE-backed environments.
• Thorough understanding of manufacturing accounting, cost accounting, and inventory management.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Proven leadership experience managing an accounting team.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with ERP/financial software.
• Strong communicator with senior executives and cross-functional partners.
• Analytical with strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.

Aufgaben

• Own the monthly close process end-to-end with the accounting team.
• Ensure GAAP-compliant financial statements and reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly reporting package for leadership, lenders, and sponsor.
• Lead annual budgeting and forecasting with cross-functional partners.
• Maintain standard costs and routings in the ERP for accurate costing and inventory.
• Establish and maintain internal controls and coordinate audits and tax filings.
• Mentor and develop the accounting team and build scalable processes.
