Job summary

Pinnacle Search in San Francisco seeks a hands-on Controller to lead the finance and accounting function for a private equity-backed, high-growth field-based services company. This is a highly visible role based in SF with on-site time in the East Bay (3–4x/week).

You will own all accounting functions, drive month-end close, GAAP reporting, and partner with operations and project teams to scale financial infrastructure and controls.

• Experience owning the full accounting function and close process.
• Strong GAAP, month-end close, and financial reporting expertise.
