Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
• 10+ years in accounting with public accounting or corporate setting.
• Strong US GAAP knowledge and SEC reporting experience.
• Experience in private equity-backed or acquisitive growth environments.
• Proven leadership and team-building in multi-site organizations.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close for multiple legal entities.
• Lead core operational accounting including revenue recognition, intercompany, accruals, fixed assets, and leases.
• Coordinate external auditors and third-party valuation specialists.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and stronger internal controls.
• Mentor and develop the accounting organization and partner with FP&A, operations, tax.
