Job summary

Allen Supply, LLC seeks a hands-on Controller to own the accounting operations, report to the CFO, and lead the day-to-day finance function. You will run the close, manage the balance sheet, cash, and lender reporting, and help implement a new ERP to support growth.

You will collaborate across sites, drive process improvements, and build scalable controls as acquisitions accelerate. Hybrid work with travel for first 6–12 months supports learning and integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA strongly preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, with 2–3 years in a Controller role.
• Experience in distribution/manufacturing with strong inventory accounting knowledge.
• Experience with multi-entity consolidations and close leadership.
• ERP implementation or conversion experience; exposure to NetSuite/Acumatica is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close with a repeatable close calendar.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements across locations and entities.
• Lead audit liaison and ensure GAAP compliance and internal controls.
• Oversee inventory accounting, costing, reserves, and reconciliations.
• Manage treasury: cash forecasting, 13-week cash flow, lender reporting.
• Drive ERP selection/implementation and standardize chart of accounts.
