Job summary

CXO Source seeks a Controller to lead the finance organization, reporting to the CFO and partnering with the CEO. You will own the monthly close, internal controls, and accounting team leadership, while delivering timely reporting for lenders and the PE sponsor.

You will collaborate with Operations, Commercial, and HR to translate financial data into insights that drive growth and value creation, with significant career growth opportunities in a PE-backed platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 5+ years of progressive financial management experience in manufacturing.
• Thorough understanding of manufacturing accounting, cost accounting and inventory management.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting standards and regulations.
• Proven leadership experience, with ability to manage and develop an accounting team.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly close process end-to-end with the accounting team.
• Prepare the monthly financial reporting package for leadership, lenders, and PE sponsor.
• Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process with cross-functional partners.
• Establish and maintain strong internal controls and respond to audits and compliance requests.
