Job summary

Confidential Recruiting Partners is seeking a Financial Controller to lead core accounting operations for a fast-paced, multi-unit resort environment. This onsite role oversees financial reporting, payroll, internal controls, and team leadership while supporting senior finance leadership and operational department heads.

The ideal candidate brings hospitality accounting experience, advanced financial acumen, and the ability to manage accounting functions for a complex, multi-department property

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5–10 years of progressively responsible accounting or finance experience.
• Hospitality accounting experience preferred for multi-property environments.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and financial reporting expertise.
• Ability to lead and develop accounting staff and collaborate with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly/annual financial statements and close processes.
• Oversee accounting operations including AP/AR, payroll, and audits.
• Maintain internal controls and scalable process improvements.
• Ensure payroll accuracy and compliance across a large workforce.
• Partner with department heads and senior management on financial insights.
