Job summary

WSA NYC is seeking a Controller to lead the financial operations across its portfolio of hospitality properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for financial reporting, overseeing month-end close processes, and managing operational accounting functions.

With a strong background in accounting, the Controller will ensure compliance with GAAP and maintain internal controls while leading multi-entity accounting operations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience in hospitality or food & beverage environments.
• Strong command of GAAP and internal accounting controls.
• Experience overseeing reconciliations and multi-entity close processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and review of financial statements.
• Oversee month-end and year-end close processes.
• Manage reconciliations, cash flow, and operational accounting functions.
