Job summary

PrimeBridge Workforce LLC is hiring for a Financial Controller to lead accounting and financial operations for a large hospitality resort environment in the United States. This role targets experienced finance professionals ready to oversee month-end close, financial reporting, and internal controls.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree, preferably in Accounting, or equivalent education/experience
• 5–10 years of progressively responsible Finance or Accounting experience
• Advanced knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, internal controls, and GAAP
• Strong financial-statement preparation, analysis, reconciliation, and interpretation skills
• Experience leading accounting operations and developing Finance/Accounting professionals
• Strong analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Experience with Office 365 and accounting/payroll systems
• Strong attention to detail, dependability, ethics, and confidentiality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality/resort environment, including weekends and holidays
• Hospitality accounting experience is strongly preferred, particularly experience supporting multiple properties

Responsibilities

• Lead daily accounting operations including AP, AR, income audit, payroll, and general ledger
• Manage month-end/year-end close and financial statement preparation
• Perform financial analysis, reconciliations, and variance reporting
• Maintain strong GAAP, internal controls, and compliance practices
• Oversee payroll operations for 1,000+ associates
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Finance & Accounting team
• Partner with resort leadership on financial and operational decisions
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, controls, and systems
• Support internal/external audits and special finance projects
