Job summary

IMI is seeking a seasoned financial leader based in Lake Forest, CA, to oversee controllership, process development, reporting, and audit for the SoCal site. The role manages a team in the US and supports a larger global operation with Bangalore-based staff, driving financial performance and compliance.

The position requires extensive GAAP/IFRS knowledge, 10–15 years in financial management, and experience in a large multinational manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Extensive GAAP and IFRS knowledge.
• 10–15 years in financial management and leadership roles.
• Experience in large multinational manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial reporting and audit for the site.
• Develop standardized performance measures to improve financials.
• Forecast shipments, expenses, inventory, and CapEx for Operations.
• Ensure project costs and forecasts are current for all projects.
• Manage working capital improvements and cash flow analysis.
• Maintain accounting policies and revenue recognition per INCOTERMS.
