Job summary

ImageTek Manufacturing is seeking a Financial Controller to lead the accounting function, ensuring the integrity of financial reporting, cost accounting, and internal controls. This senior role partners with the GM and operations to drive profitability and strategic decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have strong manufacturing accounting experience, deep GAAP knowledge, and hands-on leadership in a growing private company environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• 5+ years leading and directing financial management, budgeting and forecasting in manufacturing.
• ERP systems proficiency and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and cost accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting department operations including AP/AR, payroll, GL and reconciliations.
• Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements per GAAP.
• Lead annual external audits and coordinate with auditors and tax advisors.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory requirements.
