Job summary

Davies Molding LLC, based in Carol Stream, Illinois, seeks a seasoned financial leader to partner with the President and Executive Team. You will direct the finance function, oversee monthly and year-end closes, and drive cost control across manufacturing operations.

The role requires 5–10 years of progressive financial management in manufacturing, with strong analytical skills, GAAP expertise, and ERP experience. MBA/CPA preferred; travel 10%–15% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or better in Accounting or related field.
• MBA or CPA preferred.
• 5-10 years of progressive financial management experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong analytical and reasoning skills; extensive accounting and cost accounting foundation.
• Proficient use of ERP systems and Microsoft Office; excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Partner to the President and Executive Team in development and execution of business strategy.
• Oversee the Davies finance team and close monthly/year-end cycles in line with policies.
• Lead ERP migration initiatives and support integration of acquisitions.
• Manage Credit, A/R, and A/P functions and cash flow forecasting.
• Develop and monitor key financial metrics and cost controls across manufacturing.
• Mentor and develop staff, balance business priorities with integrity.
