Job summary

Davies Molding LLC in Carol Stream, Illinois, seeks an experienced finance leader to partner with the President and ITG to shape strategic direction, oversee the finance team, and drive cost control across manufacturing operations.

The role requires 5–10 years of financial management experience in manufacturing, strong cost accounting, and proven leadership. Proficiency with MS Office and ERP systems; D365 experience is a plus. MBA/CPA preferred.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in business, finance/accounting or related; MBA/CPA preferred.
• 5–10 years progressive financial management experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong analytical and cost accounting foundation.
• Participative management style with team leadership.
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP software; D365 experience a plus.
• Knowledge of manufacturing systems and financial controls.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Davies finance team and oversee monthly/year-end closes.
• Partner with President and ITG executives on strategy and financial planning.
• Manage accounts payable/receivable, credit, and related functions.
• Drive process improvements, data analysis, and automation to reduce costs.
• Oversee MEAs, capital project analyses, and budget forecasting.
• Lead ERP migration initiatives and cross-functional integration.
